Cannes and its Festival

The streets with luxury boutiques and the picturesque Suquet district offer Cannes a great number of reasons to visit the town all through the year. In May however, this Mediterranean town becomes the centre of the world when a few of the biggest stars of the 7th art drop their suitcases in the luxury hotels of the Croisette boulevard. For ten days, Cannes lives to the pace of the Film Festival and the stars walking by on the red carpet of the Palais des Festivals.
